Please inspect your order upon delivery in the presence of the delivery man. If you are not satisfied with the product or notice any issue, you may return it immediately. In such cases, only the delivery charge will be deducted, and the remaining product amount will be refunded.
To request an exchange, please record a clear unboxing video from the moment you open the package. If the video clearly shows a manufacturing defect, missing item, or damage, your exchange request will be approved. Please Note: Exchange requests cannot be processed without a valid unboxing video. Once approved, we will arrange the replacement without any additional delivery charge.
Approved refunds(if applicable) are issued via bKash to the number used for the order (or the original payment method), usually within 3–5 business days.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled — only handled under the damaged/wrong item process above.
